How to stay busy with the ongoing lockdown

It’s been a pretty tough time in a pretty tough situation, driving everyone nuts. Having to stay at home unwillingly is another great ordeal to deal with.
While I sat down in my room I got the idea to begin a 10 days writing challenge in which I came up with some interesting topics( see image below)

This is also a challenge principally for myself  as I haven’t been consistent with my blog posts…
I hope I spread a little fun and brighten your days ahead, while we stay positive.

Day 2 Quote Challenge: “Do You”

Today’s the second day of this challenge and here’s the inspiration that woke me up at 1:00 am this morning.

The world is so large, filled with millions of different opinion holders, saying what they know and think is the best option for you. But there are times when we need to keep our ears closed from what the world says because the world is not us. We need to focus on what our heart tells us. Reading the lines of our expiriences and gaining momentum to embrace our upcoming victories.

I feel very much attached to this quote because I assembled the words out of the expiriences I got.

We always have that feeling, that desire, that yearning for people’s approval. Either from loved ones, friends, family, because we want to feel “belong“. We want to hear people tell us “you did it well”, because we feel or think approval from people is what we need to perform our optimum best!

But there are times when these approvals don’t come. You feel like……”what I have been doing…is it the best I could do?”

Yes it is! Because your best is not reliant on someone but on You.

I always say that the only person who never leaves you when things go messy or when they’re super great is you. That’s the only companion you are certained of.

So give yourself the honour of waking up each day and congratulate yourself for your achievements. You deserve it.

Happy Thursday😊❤❤❤❤

At the other side of the wall….

A wall is an artificial defense mechanism put in place by man, to secure and protect what he has. It equally defines the territory or sphere of influence of the owner.

But we’ll be looking at the wall, not as a protective mechanism, but as a barrier. To be more precised, a mental barrier.

At the other side of the wall, we have a world we have dreamt of for so long. Yet, we seem to be afar off from it a million miles because our minds are blocked……

We think that we can’t achieve..

We can’t get there…….

It takes too long….

It can’t be done…

We immediately limit ourselves within the confines of our so called protective mental wall.

The climb might seem too tough. We might feel we are not good enough to complete it. But as I would always say..

There is and will never be another you…

Life’s walls may have blocked us from seeing the other side of life. We may have dwelt far too long where we are. It’s time we make the change.

It’s time we take the step towards our victory of crossing over every pain, and challenge.

Facing your Giants

Fear is the outcome of self doubt. Con trary to confidence. It’s the thought of….”what if things go wrong?”. It’s an unwanted feeling and an undesirable one at that but inevitable. It springs forth from us, yet we have that power to overcome them.

But why do we fear?…

We are afraid when outcomes are unknown and unpredictable. We become afraid when we have little or no confidence in ourselves.

However, getting through fear is a skill that anyone can learn. And I would probably say there is no general way to overcoming fears. It’s relative. At a more individualistic level, each person has this self devising strategy to battle fear.

We can’t live without fear, bc it’s an emotion. It is what makes us human. However, we can subdue it, not to blur our vision of what we tend to realize.

The problem most faced at this point is that most people cling to their fears, because it’s part of who they are.

There are two options: Facing our fears, or running away from them.

How to Start Overcoming Fear

1. Have that awareness:

We need to bring ourselves to the point of realising that fear destroys, it stagnates and it regresses our progress.

2. Identify your fears:

Know what makes you scared. What limits you. If you can’t identify your fears you can’t challenge them.

3. Challenge your fears:

As difficult as it may sound, the best way to overcome your enemy is not to run away from it but to face it. Start doing what makes you scared. Start acting upon that dream you think it’s too daring. Do one thing everyday that scares you. High achievers, regardless of occupation, understand that taking risks and massive action is a vital part in getting from where you are to where you want to go. And that goes for in life — and in business. But often these risks are met with fear, which can cause people to question their ambitions and prevent them from taking action.

The lion is not the king of the jungle because it’s large. There are larger animals than it. It is because, it is not afraid to dare….

We have that power to defeat our fears and not let it get the best of us. And above all believe conquers fear. More than anything in the world, faith and believe ward off fear and renders it meaningless.

Wednesday Thoughts: Seize the Opportunity

Happy morningvation 😊❤❤❤🌸🌸🌸
We have the power to create beauty from ashes…..
Whatever we go through….there’s always the solution in our hands.
The unexpected will happen. But that will not train us down.
Happy Wednesday!!!

3 Days Quote Challenge: Day 1

Today marks a happy day in my blogging expirience. I was nominated earlier today by My Kaby’s owner of the site Bittermarshmellos, to participate in a three days quote challenge. It is a unique blog with a unique angle and content are quite inspirational.
Let’s begin,

It is often said everything happens for a reason. And so does failure. Failure is a word we never want to expirience because it has a way of making us feel worthless. But we will never be able to better appreciate what we have until we have loosed it several times.
That’s the beauty of failure. That each time we fail,  it makes us better appreciate sucess when it comes. ..
So what am I saying……

Focus on the lesson life brings and not on the journey itself. There’s more to it than you think you see…

My Nominees
1) Inspire someone today
2) The fourth dimension of life
3) Kanwischer

Happy blogging❤🌸🌸🌸🌸
